Sofea, would you mind if I copy this picture as well your that 'Siakap steamed'? Holy Smoke! Your siakap steamed looks out of this world! I have not eaten this I think 25 years! I really love your ikan siakap, and your arrangement, garnishings. Will make the F&B manager at Sheraton envious! I think makan this dish with sambal belachan, tiga pinggan nasi guarantee lichin, ha ha.
