Assalamualaikum
Pagi tadi hujan lebat, so malas nak keluar gi beli ikan..masak apa yg ada dalam peti ais, maka terjadilah lauk2 yg simple utk lunch hari ni..Labu air ni selalunya akak masak tumis air + suun, tapi hari ni buat gulai lemak dgn udang. Jom tengok resepi, mana tau korang nak try buat, sedap dimakan dgn nasi panas2, lagi sedap kalau ada ikan masin & sambal belacan...!
GULAI LEMAK LABU AIR DGN UDANG

Bahan-bahan:
1 biji labu air ~ buamg kulit dan potong ikut suka
300 gm udang @ ikan bilis
2 ulas bawang putih
3 ulas bawang merah
3 sb serbuk kari daging ~ bancuh dgn sedikit air
1/2 sk serbuk kunyit
santan secukupnya
garam
minyak utk menumis
Cara :
1. Panaskan minyak dan tumis bwg putih + bwg merah hingga kekuningan dan masukkan rempah & serbuk kunyit.
2. Kacau selalu hingga pecah minyak. Kemudian masukkan labu dan udang. Tambah 1/2 cwn air jika terlalu kering.
3. Bila labu agak lembut sedikit masukkan santan dan garam.
4. Setelah mendidih bolehlah diangkat dan dihidang utk seisi keluarga.
